We work under the existing “Allgemeine Deutsche Spediteur-Bedingungen”(ADSp) (German Forwarders' General Terms and Conditions of Trading). These limit in paragraph 23 ADSp the legal liability for damage to goods in the case of damage to goods whilst in the care of a forwarder to € 5/kg, in accordance with § 431 of the German Commercial Code (HGB); in the case of multimodal transports, including sea transport to 2 SDR (special drawing rights)/kg plus, in addition, per damage or event to € 1 Millions or € 2 Millions respectively, or 2 SDR/kg whichever is the greater. For transports which underlie the coverage according to the Montreal Concention paragraph 27 ADSp is not applicable. Place of jurisdiction and place of execution for both parties is Moenchengladbach, Germany.

Liability for Contents
The contents posted on our website were compiled with the greatest care. However, we assume no liability for the correctness, completeness and currency of the information found there.
As a service provider we are responsible for our own contents on these pages under German universal law as stated in § 6 (1) of the German Interstate Treaty on Media Services (MDStv) and § 8 (1) of the Telecommunications Services Act (TDG). However, service providers are not required to constantly monitor third-party information posted or stored on their pages or to actively search for indications of possible illegal activity or contents. The obligation to remove or block the use of such information according to universal law remains unaffected. However, such liability does not begin until the time at which it is possible to know of such a concrete violation of law. As soon as such a violation of law becomes known, we shall promptly remove such content. The owners explicitly dissociate themselves from the contents of all hyperlinked pages.
Liability for Hyperlinks
Our pages contain hyperlinks to external, third-party websites over whose contents we have no control. For this reason we cannot assume liability for such third-party contents. The respective owner of such third-party sites has sole responsibility for their contents. All linked sites were checked for possible legal violations at the time they were linked, and at that time no illegal content was apparent. However, a permanent monitoring of dynamic contents on linked pages is unreasonable without concrete reason to suspect a violation of law. As soon as such a violation comes to our attention we shall promptly remove such hyperlinks.
The owners of this website take care to observe the copyrights of others and/or to rely on their own or on public-domain material and information.
